摘　　要：食管癌患者术后出现吻合口瘘发病率和死亡率仍然较高。吻合口瘘的消化内镜治疗措施包括金属夹闭合术、支架封堵术、组织胶封堵术、内镜下缝合术、内镜下真空辅助闭合治疗等,尽管关于它们的治疗效果的数据仍然有限,内镜治疗的临床应用越来越广泛。本研究旨在确定消化内镜下处理食道癌术后吻合口瘘的有效性和安全性,为临床医师对食管癌术后吻合口瘘的处理策略提供依据。The incidence and mortality of anastomotic fistula in patients with esophageal cancer are still high.Digestive endoscopic treatment measures for anastomotic fistula include metal clip closure,stent occlusion,tissue glue closure,endoscopic suturing,endoscopic vacuum-assisted closure therapy,etc.Although the data on their therapeutic effect is still limited,the clinical application of endoscopic treatment is increasingly widespread.The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and safety of endoscopic treatment of postoperative anastomotic fistula for esophageal cancer,and to provide a basis for clinicians to treat postoperative anastomotic fistula for esophageal cancer.
