摘  要:针对蒸汽冷凝采用列管式塑料换热器传热系数低等问题,通过非溶剂致相分离法(non-solvent induced phase separation,NIPS)制备出具有多孔支撑体结构的聚偏氟乙烯(polyvinylidene fluoride,PVDF)换热管,对其进行表面改性;将两根相同的改性换热管编织制备成列管式换热器后,通过改变其外表面疏水性与管两侧流体流动产生的周期性改变等方法,提高了换热管在蒸汽冷凝时的传热系数。研究表明:蒸汽在接触角为(118.3±1.5)°的改性换热管外表面上冷凝时,与改性前与编织前相比,蒸汽冷凝总传热系数分别提高了14.8%和12.9%;与未编织的实壁换热管相比,蒸汽冷凝总传热系数提高107%。可见,多孔换热管经表面疏水改性与编织后,显著提升了蒸汽冷凝传热性能。In order to solve the problem of low heat transfer coefficients of tubular plastic heat exchanger using steam condensation for polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)heat exchange tubes with porous support prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS)method in the early stage,the hydrophobic modification on the outer surface is first carried out to improve its hydrophobicity,and then,two identical heat exchange tubes are woven to prepare tubular heat exchanger.The steam condensation heat transfer is enhanced by filling liquid water in the porous support body of heat exchange tubes,the hydrophobic modification on outer surface and periodic change of fluid flow on both sides of tubes.The results show that when the steam condenses on outer surface of woven and modified porous heat exchange tubes with contact angle of(118.3±1.5)°,the total heat transfer coefficients of steam condenses are increased by 14.8%and 12.9%compared with that before modified and that before woven,respectively.Compared with the non-woven solid wall heat exchange tubes,the total heat transfer coefficients of steam condenses are increased by 107%.The results show that the porous heat exchange tube can significantly enhance heat transfer performance of steam condensation after its surface was modified hydrophobiclly and it was woven.
