摘 要:牙周膜是连接牙齿和牙槽骨的结缔组织,具有缓冲和传递咀嚼咬合力的作用。正畸力作用下牙周膜的生物力学特性直接影响牙槽骨的改建和牙齿移动。采用猪下颌骨中的切牙为试验对象,使用动态热分析仪进行剪切试验,在不同频率及不同振幅条件下对其牙周膜的力学特性进行研究,结果表明:猪牙周膜的损耗模量、储能模量与频率、振幅呈正相关,二者随着频率与振幅的增长趋势类似。The periodontal membrane is a connective tissue connecting teeth and alveolar bone,and has the function of buffering and transmitting chewing forces.The results show that biomechanics of the periodontal membrane under orthodontic forces directly affected alveolar bone remodeling and tooth movement.This research adopts the pig in the mandibular incisor as experimental object and using dynamic thermal analyzer for shear test.Under the condition of different frequencies and amplitudes,the mechanical properties of the periodontal membrane are studied.The results show that the pig periodontal loss modulus and storage modulus were positively correlated with frequencies,amplitudes,both as the growth of the frequency and amplitude is similar trend.
