摘 要:生物脱硫是冶金行业预处理高硫矿石的绿色技术工艺。基于硫为电子供体的混合菌群和铁为电子供体的氧化亚铁硫杆菌分别对铁精矿展开微生物脱硫试验,探讨纯菌和混菌在微生物脱硫过程中对矿石产生的影响,根据浸出液中铁、镁、钙及磷等元素的变化,探讨两种菌产生脱硫率差异的原因。试验结果表明:经过30天的浸蚀,混合菌群的脱硫效果明显,脱硫率比氧化亚铁硫杆菌高15.44%。Biological desulfurization is a green technological process for pretreatment of high-sulfur ore in the metallurgical industry.Microbial desulfurization experiments on iron ore are carried out based on the mixed bacteria with S as the electron donor and thiobacillus ferrooxidans with iron as the electron donor,and the microbial desulfurization process on the iron ore is explored the difference between pure bacteria and mixed bacteria.According to the changes of Fe,Mg,Ca,P and other elements in the leachate,the reasons for the difference in desulfurization rate between the two bacteria are researched.The results show that after 30 days of erosion,the mixed flora can better remove sulfur from the iron ore,and the desulfurization rate is 15.44%higher than that of thiobacillus ferrooxidans.
