摘 要:为了满足非道路国四阶段排放法规,国内柴油机制造商在发动机排放控制方面普遍采用了EGR+DOC+DPF与DOC+DPF+SCR两种技术路线。通常额定功率130 kW以上选择SCR技术路线,额定功率100 kW以下选择EGR技术路线,而对于功率100 kW到130 kW之间机型排放技术路线的选择需要结合配套应用决定。基于一款主流非道路6.5 L机型对上述两种技术路线的能源消耗、全生命周期成本及整车布置空间等进行了对比,为非道路用100 kW到130 kW柴油机排放技术路线的选择提供了有效建议。In order to meet the requirements of non-road NationalⅣemission standards,domestic diesel engine manufacturers generally adopt two technical routes of EGR+DOC+DPF and DOC+DPF+SCR in terms of engine emission control.The SCR technology route is selected for rated power above 130 kW,the EGR technology route is selected for rated power below 100 kW,and the choice of emission technology route for models with power between 100 kW and 130 kW needs to be determined in conjunction with vehicle applications.Based on a mainstream non-road 6.5 L model,this paper compares the energy consumption,total cost of ownership and vehicle layout space of the above two technical routes,and provides guidance for the selection of non-road 100 kW to 130 kW diesel engine emission technology routes.
