摘  要:基于一台1.5 L缸内直喷氢气发动机,通过试验研究分析了氢气发动机异常燃烧特性,探讨了燃烧边界条件对氢气发动机燃烧过程的影响及早燃优化。研究表明:氢气发动机在中小负荷工况也容易发生早燃,试验捕捉到的早燃发生时刻非常早,在压缩早期就发生,没有明显的早燃声音,不易被发现。靠近上止点喷射时,缸内喷射背压增加,喷射流量减小,喷射提前容易出现早燃,推迟喷射可以避免早燃,优化喷射策略后,有效热效率达43.5%。Based on a 1.5L hydrogen direct injection in-cylinder engine,the abnormal combustion characteristics of the hydrogen engine was analyzed through experimental research,then the influence of the combustion boundary conditions on the combustion process of the hydrogen engine and pre-ignition optimization were discussed.The research shows that the hydrogen engine is also prone to pre-ignition under medium and small load conditions.The pre-ignition captured by the test occurred at the early stage of compression.There is no obvious pre-ignition sound and it is difficult to be detected.When injection is near the TDC,the injection back pressure in cylinder increases,and the injection flow rate decreases.The injection advance is prone to pre-ignition,while delaying injection can avoid pre-ignition.After the optimization of injection strategy,the highest effective thermal efficiency is 43.5%.
