摘 要:失蜡法在中国的起源问题历来是国内外学者关注的焦点,但已有的研究尚未达成共识。文章梳理了中国古代失蜡法起源的工艺与技术条件、学术争论主要依据,借助熔模铸造工艺模拟实验方法有效地记录蜡模、型壳的工艺实现。从蜡料、浆料、褶皱、泥芯、芯撑、脱模等诸多工艺细节出发,以今艺复证古法的视角来弥补研究失蜡法的缺欠,也可由此窥见失模原理发展中的困境。The origin of lost-wax process in China has always been the focus of scholars in China and abroad,but the existing research has not reached a consensus.This paper sorts out the process and technical conditions of the origin of ancient Chinese lost-wax process and the main basis of academic debates.It also introduces the simulation means of investment casting,effectively records the realization conditions of wax patterns,shell molds and pouring processes through experimental methods,and makes up for the deficiencies of the study of ancient lost-wax processes from the perspective of demonstrating the past with today's idea on many process details such as the wax,slurry,fold,mud core,core support,and demolding,We can also observe the difficulties in the continuous development of the principle of lost mold.
