摘 要:利用2010—2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,结合各地区最低工资标准,理论分析并实证检验最低工资对性别收入差距的影响,同时从就业角度考察其作用机制。分析发现:最低工资的低收入保障效应和灯塔效应能够缩小性别收入差距;对于工作经验匮乏的劳动者,以及在工业机器人发展程度高、市场化水平低的地区,最低工资的影响更加显著;最低工资的就业激励效应更有利于女性参与就业和增加工作投入,从而缩小性别收入差距。Based on the data of the 2010-2020 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)and the minimum wage standard in each region,we theoretically analyzed and empirically tested the impact of minimum wage on gender income gap.Meanwhile,we examined its influencing mechanism from the perspective of employment.The results showed that,the low-income security effect and the lighthouse effect of minimum wage could narrow gender income gap.And this effect was more evident for the workers having less experience,and in the regions having a higher degree of industrial robot development and a lower level of marketization.In addition,the employment incentive effect of minimum wage was more conducive to women's employment and their increase of work investment,which could narrow gender income gap.
