摘　　要：石油化工建设项目包含的生产装置及公用辅助设施种类及数量较多,涉及炼油、化工(含煤化工)、储运、热电、环境治理等多个行业领域。新版《建设项目环境影响评价分类管理名录》进一步明确和规范了建设项目环境影响评价分类管理,因此在炼油化工项目、装置或设施的新建、改建、扩建过程中,企业应根据新《名录》规定,对应行业领域,合理选择环境影响评价类别,依法合规开展建设项目环境影响评价。Petrochemical construction projects include many types and quantities of production units and public auxiliary facilities,involving oil refining,chemical industry(including coal chemical industry),storage and transportation,thermal power,environmental treatment and other industries.The new edition of Classified Management Catalogue of Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects further clarifies and standardizes the classified management of environmental impact assessment of construction projects.Therefore,in the process of new,reconstruction and expansion of refining and chemical projects,devices or facilities,the categories of environmental impact assessment should be reasonably selected by enterprises according to the new Catalogue,and the environmental impact assessment of construction projects should be carried out in compliance with the law.
