摘　　要：为推动全员履职尽责,解决安全管理长期存在的屡查屡有、屡查屡犯的不良症结,某公司引入管理追溯安全体系,并进行了探索与实践。文章阐述了管理追溯在当前安全管理中的重要性,以及应如何有效开展安全管理追溯,明确责任边界、履职内容和追责情形。文章最后通过管理追溯在安全管理中的实际应用案例,分析了影响追溯的重要因素。In order to promote all staff to perform their duties and fulfill their responsibilities and solve the long-standing problem of repeated occurrence and repeated offenses after repeated investigations in safety management,one company has introduced management traceability safety system and carried out exploration and practice of the system.This paper expounds the importance of management traceability in current safety management.It also elaborates how to effectively carry out safety management traceability,define the responsibility boundary,performance content and accountability situation.In the end,the paper analyzes the important factors affecting traceability through practical application cases of management traceability in safety management,aiming to provide reference for enterprises to improve safety management.
