摘  要:采用超声测厚、铁素体数测量、金相检验、硬度测试等方法研究了不同成形厚度对奥氏体不锈钢封头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:8.0 mm厚封头成形后,由中心至直边段各区域的壁厚减薄量或增厚量、马氏体相变量、硬度变化量均相对较小,组织性能整体最好。The effects of different forming thicknesses on the microstructure and properties of austenitic stainless steel heads were studied by means of ultrasonic thickness measurement,ferrite number measurement,metallographic examination and hardness test.The results show that after the forming of the 8.0 mm thick head,the wall thickness reduction or thickening,martensite phase variable and hardness variation in each region from the center to the straight edge were relatively small,and the overall structure and performance were the best.
