摘　　要：某闪蒸罐过滤器发生泄漏,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相检验等方法分析其泄漏原因。结果表明:过滤器内壁存在铸造缺陷,在内部腐蚀介质的作用下,铸造缺陷处发生点蚀,进而在闪蒸罐过滤器的出口段发生汽蚀,使过滤器穿孔泄漏。A flash tank filter leaked.The cause of leakage was analyzed by macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination and other methods.The results show that there were casting defects in the inner wall of the filter.Under the action of internal corrosion medium,pitting corrosion occurred at the casting defects,and then cavitation occured at the outlet section of the flash tank filter,which caused the filter to leak through perforation.
