摘  要:在车削某20CrMnTi钢齿轮毛坯时,发现其表面有点状缺陷,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相检验等方法分析点状缺陷的产生原因。结果表明:热锻前加热时,加热炉中的耐火材料颗粒黏附在材料表面,热锻时这些颗粒被挤压在钢材中,从而形成了点状缺陷。When turning a 20CrMnTi steel gear blank,it was found that there were spot defects on the surface.The causes of point defects were analyzed by macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination and other methods.The results show that when heating before hot forging,the refractory particles in the heating furnace adhered to the surface of the material,and these particles were squeezed into the steel during hot forging,thus forming point defects.
