摘　　要：为更规范地指导我国慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)患者的管理,实现世界卫生组织提出的“2030年消除病毒性肝炎作为重大公共卫生威胁”的目标,中华医学会肝病学分会和感染病学分会组织专家对我国CHB防治指南进行更新,强调对一般人群更广泛地筛查乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染标志物和对HBV感染者更积极地抗病毒治疗。本文就该新版指南更新要点进行介绍和解读。In order to provide more standardized guidance for the management of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)in China and to achieve the World Health Organization’s goal of“eliminating viral hepatitis as public health threats by the year 2030”,the Hepatology and Infectious Diseases Societies of the Chinese Medical Association organized experts to update the guideline for the prevention and treatment of CHB,emphasizing more extensive screening for hepatitis B virus(HBV)markers in the general population and more active antiviral treatment for HBV-infected patients.This article introduced and studied the key update points of the new guideline.
