摘  要:汽车前照灯近光明暗截止线照准状态是影响汽车前照灯照明安全的重要因素之一。与初始设计照准位置相比,截止线过高会造成对向道路使用者眩目,而截止线过低则会影响灯具照射距离,两种情况均会对夜间道路交通安全产生影响。经过对一定样本数量市售车辆测量后发现,虽然主机厂在整车下线时进行了调光工作,但是部分车辆近光明暗截止线初始状态和理论状态存在较大偏差,进而威胁交通安全。因此,为了提高汽车照明安全性能,改善道路交通安全,各主机厂需要严格把控相关设计规范及制造工艺,从而推动汽车照明向着更安全的方向发展。The initial position of low beam cut-off line for headlamp is one of the important factors affecting the lighting safety of vehicles.Compared to the initial design position,a higher cut-off line may cause glare to the opposite road users,while a lower cut-off line may affect the lighting distance,both situations will have an impact on road traffic safety at night.After a certain amount of sample measurement of vehicles on the market at present,it is found that although the OEM has aimmed the cut-off line at the end of line,there is still deviations between the initial state and the theoretical state of the cut-off line,which affect the traffic safety.So,in order to improve vehicle lighting performance and road traffic safety,OEMs should strictly control the relevant design specifications and manufacturing processes,so as to promote the development of automotive lighting towards a safer direction.
