摘 要:通过研究铝棒扒皮机的工艺、结构和实际应用,初步得出了扒皮力的近似解析式。然后以扒皮刀切削刃的厚度、角度为研究对象,建立了4种扒皮刀的三维实体模型。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对其进行静强度分析,获得了应力与变形结果,找到了扒皮刀发生破坏的位置。通过对比仿真结果表明:切削刃的前角为43°、后角为4°、厚度为1.5 mm时,刀具的受力效果较好,这也与实际使用情况相符。By studying the process,structure and practical application of the aluminum rod peeling machine,the approximate analytic formula of the peeling force is preliminarily obtained.Then,taking the thickness and angle of the cutting edge of the peeling knife as the research object,the three-dimensional solid models of four kinds of peeling knife are established.The static strength analysis of the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to obtain the stress and deformation results,and the location where the destruction of the peeling knife occurred is found.The comparison simulation results show that when the front angle of the cutting edge is 43°,the back angle is 4°and the thickness is 1.5 mm,the force effect of the tool is better,which is also consistent with the actual use.
