摘  要:气相法聚乙烯流化床静电问题是开车过程中的技术难题,而抑制静电产生的关键在于将原辅料和系统中的杂质脱除干净。本文总结本装置历次开车过程,针对原辅料精制系统脱出杂质不充分、换热设备可能存在的内漏和种子床装填杂质含量较多等问题,提出了相应的解决方案,控制静电电势维持在一个较低的水平,降低因静电带来的爆聚风险,为开车成功创造了有利的条件。Static electricity of gas-phase polyethylene fluidized bed is a technical difficult problem during start-up,and the key to restraining the generation of static electricity is to remove the impurities in the raw and auxiliary materials and the system.This paper summarizes the previous start-up process of the unit,and puts forward corresponding solutions aiming at the problems such as insufficient impurity removal from refining system of raw and auxiliary material,internal leakage of heat exchange equipment and high impurity content in seed bed filling,etc,so as to control the electrostatic potential to maintain a low level,reduce the risk of explosion caused by static electricity,and create favorable conditions for successful start-up.
