摘 要:针对低压配电网中存在的电压暂降和无功功率失衡等混合电能质量问题,提出一种兼具无功补偿功能的电压暂降治理技术。基于静止无功发生器(SVG)中交直流变流器(AC/DC变流器)与逆变单元的相似性,在动态电压恢复器(DVR)的基础设计一种电能质量治理装置。当电网电压正常时,装置实时采样负载电流,计算负载需要补偿的无功,并发出反向电流,实现对电网的无功补偿;当电网电压发生暂降时,装置中的晶闸管阀会截止,超级电容器的能量通过AC/DC变流器逆变,给负载提供电源。实验结果表明,该装置响应迅速,在电压暂降治理和无功补偿功能之间切换时间短,电能质量治理效果好。To solve the hybrid electric power quality problems in low-voltage network such as voltage sag and reactive power im‐balance,a voltage sag mitigation technology with reactive power compensation function is proposed.As per the similarity of AC/DC converter and inverter unit,in this paper,a power quality control device based on dynamic voltage restorer is studied.When grid voltage is normal,in order to achieve the reactive power compensation function for the power grid system,the device calcu‐lates reactive compensation load needs and emits reverse current by takes real-time sampling of load current.When grid voltage sag occurs,the thyristor valve of device will be cut off,the supercapacitors of device acts as a power source and supplies power to the load through AC/DC converter.The experimental results indicate that this device has excellent performance in solving power quality problems,such as rapid dynamic response and short switching time between voltage sag control function and reac‐tive power compensation function.
