摘 要:目的建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法测定水源水中56种挥发性有机化合物,同时监测金华市水库水源水中挥发性有机化合物含量,为检测水源水中挥发性有机化合物提供参考。方法水中微量挥发性有机物经吹扫捕集浓缩后,流经DB-624UI色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×1.4μm)采用程序升温模式分离各组分,质谱检测,以各组分的保留时间及特征离子丰度比定性,各组分定量离子与内标定量离子的峰面积比定量。结果56种挥发性有机化合物在考察范围内保持良好线性,相关系数(r)为0.9983~0.9999,加标回收率为83.4%~105.0%,检测限为0.01μg/L~0.20μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%~6.8%(n=6)。在对金华市水库水源水的监测中检出2种挥发性有机化合物1,2-二氯乙烷和萘。结论该方法具有操作方便、灵敏度高、回收率稳定、结果准确可靠等特点,能满足水源水中多组分微量挥发性有机化合物检测的需要。Objective This paper aims to establish a method for the determination of 56 volatile organic compounds in source water by purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,monitor the volatile organic compounds in the source water of reservoirs in Jinhua City,and provide reference for the detection of volatile organic compounds in source water.Methods The micro volatile organic compounds in water samples were purged,trapped and concentrated,separated by DB-624UI chromato-graphic column(30 m ×0.25 mm×1.4μm)with temperature program,and detected by mass spectrum.Qualitative analysis was performed based on the retention time and abundance ratio of characteristic ions.Quantitative analysis was performed based on the peak area ratio of each component's quantitative ion to the internal standard's quantitative ion.Results Fifty-six vola-tile organic compounds maintained good linearity within the scope of investigation,with the correlation coefficient(r)of 0.9983-0.9999 and the recoveries of 83.4%-105.0%.The detection limit ranged from 0.01μg/L to 0.20μg/L and the relative standard deviation(RSD)from 1.3%to 6.8%(n=6).Two volatile organic compounds,1,2-dichloroethane and naphthalene,were detected in the monitoring of the source water of Jinhua reservoir.Conclusion The method is easy to oper-ate,sensitive,accurate and reliable with stable recoveries.It is suitable for the determination of 56 volatile organic compounds in source water.
