摘　　要：目的为通过分析汉中市自愿咨询检测(VCT)门诊有反应样本的确证实验结果,了解汉中市HIV流行特征及规律,为艾滋病的检测结果解释提供技术支持。方法收集2015年-2022年汉中市疾病预防控制中心检测的239份来自VCT门诊有反应样本的一般人口学信息、复检实验结果和WB带型资料,用SPSS20.0软件进行统计学分析。结果239份样本中确证阳性199份,占83.26%;阴性14份,占5.86%;不确定26份,占10.88%。HIV抗体WB试验阳性组主要以男性为主,20岁~29岁和30岁~39岁2个年龄组的阳性率分别为28.14%和24.12%;未婚人群阳性率为46.73%,已婚人群阳性率为35.18%;职业以农民和农民工为主,占50.25%;文化程度以中学为主,占50.75%;传播方式异性占77.39%。复检实验结果的S/CO值越高,阳性率越高。所有确证阳性病例均出现gp160、gp120和p66条带。反应率最低的条带为p55和p39。不确定样本中p24和gp160条带反应率较高。结论汉中市VCT门诊有反应样本的确证阳性率较高,VCT门诊在发现感染者的过程中发挥了重要作用。Objective This paper aims to understand the HIV epidemic characteristics and rules in Hanzhong by analyzing the confirmatory test results of responsive samples from voluntary counseling and testing(VCT)clinics in Hanzhong city,so as to provide technical support for the interpretation of HIV test results.Methods The general demographic information,re-exami-nation results and WB banding data of 239 samples from VCT clinics tested by Hanzhong Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2015 to 2022 were collected.SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results Among the 239 samples,199 were confirmed positive,accounting for 83.26%;14 were negative,accounting for 5.86%;26 were uncer-tain,accounting for 10.88%.The positive group of HIV antibody WB test was mainly male,and the positive rates of 20-29 and 30-39 age groups were 28.14%and 24.12%,respectively.The positive rate of unmarried people was 46.73%,and the positive rate of married people was 35.18%.The main occupations were farmers and migrant workers,accounting for 50.25%.The education level is mainly middle school,accounting for 50.75%;heterosexual transmission accounted for 77.39%.The higher the S/CO value,the higher the positive rate.gpl60,gpl20 and p66 bands were observed in all confirmed positive cases.The lowest reaction rate bands were p55 and p39.The reaction rates of p24 and gp160 bands were higher in uncertain samples.Conclusion The confirmed positive rate of reactive samples in VCT clinics in Hanzhong City is high,and VCT clinics play an important role in the process of finding infected people.
