摘 要:目的了解金华市城乡女性及育龄妇女TORCH感染情况。方法采用电化学发光法检测就诊人群血清TORCH抗体并对结果进行分析。结果金华市城乡女性TORCH-IgM总阳性率为1.44%,其中城市和乡镇分别为1.64%和1.24%,在乡镇女性TORCH-IgM阳性率中,排名前三分别是义乌市(1.72%)、永康市(1.51%)、东阳市(1.41%),此3个县市乡镇女性阳性率与城市相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);城乡育龄妇女TORCH-IgM阳性率排名分别是城市不孕症(5.37%)、乡镇不孕症(4.09%)、城市异常妊娠(3.00%)和乡镇异常妊娠(1.87%);在异常妊娠TORCH-IgM感染中,主要以流产CMV-IgM(18.44%)和HSV-I-IgM(14.18%)阳性率较高。结论金华地区女性TORCH-IgM阳性率相比其他地区较低,城市女性TORCH-IgM阳性率高于乡镇,金华地区各县市乡镇女性TORCH-IgM阳性率可能与该县市经济情况有关,城市育龄妇女异常妊娠TORCH-IgM阳性率高于乡镇,在孕妇妊娠期间注意防治CMV-IgM和HSV-I-IgM感染,可以减少早产和流产等异常妊娠概率,需要引起临床关注。Objective This paper aims to investigate TORCH infection among urban and rural women and women of childbear-ing age in Jinhua City.Methods TORCH antibody in serum was detected by electrochemical luminescence method and the results were analyzed.Results The total positive rate of TORCH-IgM in urban and rural women in Jinhua city was 1.44%,including 1.64%in cities and 1.24%in towns.Among the positive rates of TORCH-IgM in rural women,the top three cities were Yiwu(1.72%),Yongkang(1.51%)and Dongyang(1.41%).There was no statistical significance on the difference in the positive rate of female in the three counties(P>0.05).The positive rates of TORCH-IgM in urban and rural women of childbearing age were urban infertility(5.37%),rural infertility(4.09%),urban abnormal pregnancy(3.00%)and rural abnormal pregnancy(1.87%),respectively.In terms of TORCH-IgM infection in abnormal pregnancy,the positive rates of CMV-IgM(18.44%)and HSV-I-IgM(14.18%)were mainly found in abortion.Conclusion The positive rate of TORCH-IgM in female was lower than that in other areas of Jinhua,and the positive rate in urban areas is higher than that in towns.The positive rate of female TORCH-IgM in counties,cities and towns in Jinhua area may be related to the economic situation of towns and city,and the positive rate of TORCH-IgM in abnormal pregnancy in urban women of childbearing age is higher than that in towns and cities.Prevention and treatment of CMV-IgM and HSV-I-IgM infection during pregnancy can reduce the rate of abnormal pregnancy such as premature delivery and abortion,which should be paid clinical attention to.
