摘　　要：在全国范围内打造节约型社会的今天,提倡高校节能,打造节约型校园势在必行。高校校园是一个微型社会,人口密集,集教学、科研、生活等功能于一体,同时,高等学校作为人才培养基地,对于向社会推广节能减排,提升民众环保意识具有重要的教育意义。本文就基于BIM技术的高校校园建筑能耗管理平台开发路径进行了讨论,希望实现高校校园安全、合理、科学用能,促进BIM技术在运维阶段的发展。To build a conservation-oriented society nationwide,it is imperative to promote energy conservation in universities and create a conservation-oriented campus.University campuses are a micro society with a dense population that integrates teaching,scientific research.and daily life functions.At the same time,as talent training bases,colleges and universities have important educational significance in promoting energy conservation and emission reduction to society and enhancing public environmental awareness.The article discusses the development path of an energy management platform for campus buildings based on BiM technology,aiming to achieve safe,reasonable,and scientific energy use on university campuses,and promote the development of BIMtechnology in the operation and maintenance stage.
