摘 要:以某数据中心为例,基于多孔介质模型理论和CFD仿真对静压箱孔板送风的开孔率进行了研究,通过理论计算得出合适的开孔率范围来指导模拟,通过模拟得出的压力场、温度场和速度场验证了理论计算结果,发现在开孔率为25~50%时,机房内压力场、温度场和速度场均符合机柜正常运行要求,气流组织合理,机柜无热点现象,并且确定了机房空调的最不利故障点。Taking a data center as an example,based on multi-void medium model theory and CFD simulation,the opening ratio of orifice plate air supply of static pressure box was studied.The appropriate opening ratio range was obtained through theoretical calculation to guide the simulation.The theoretical calculation results were verified by the pressure field,temperature field and velocity field obtained through simulation.It was found that when the opening ratio was 25~50%,the pressure field,temperature field and velocity field in the machine room met the normal operation requirements of the cabinet,and the air flow organization was reasonable,There is no hot spot in the cabinet,and the most unfavorable fault point of the air conditionerin the machineroom is determined.
