摘　　要：目的了解慢性病患者对中医药卫生服务的选择偏好及支付意愿。方法基于离散选择实验对慢性病患者进行问卷调查,构建混合logit模型分析偏好结果。结果诊疗费用、就诊机构、治疗方式和诊疗效果对慢性病患者中医药卫生服务选择偏好有显著影响。患者愿意多支付870.88元从基层卫生机构转变为中医院;多支付476.25元从外治法转变为内外结合治法;多支付5946.54元从较差转变为较好的诊疗效果。结论慢性病患者普遍注重诊疗效果和费用,更偏好于选择中医特色的内外结合治法,应进一步提高基层卫生机构中医药卫生服务水平,从而促进慢性病患者的健康管理。Objective To understand the preference and willingness to pay for health services of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with chronic diseases.Methods Based on the discrete choice experiment,a questionnaire survey was conducted among patients with chronic diseases,and a mixed Logit model was constructed to analyze the preference results.Results The expenses,institutions,methods and effects of diagnosis and treatment had significant influence on the choice of health services of TCM in patients with chronic diseases.Patients were willing to pay extra 870.88 yuan for transferring from grass-roots health institutions to traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,extra 476.25 yuan from external treatment to internal and external treatment,and extra 5946.54 yuan from poor to better diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion Patients with chronic diseases generally pay attention to the effect and cost of diagnosis and treatment,and prefer to choose the combination of internal and external treatment with the characteristics of TCM.The health service level of TCM in grass-roots health institutions should be further improved to promote the health management of patients with chronic diseases.
