陕西省2020—2022年脊髓灰质炎疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

摘　　要：目的 分析2020—2022年陕西省脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)疫苗接种后疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生情况。方法通过AEFI监测信息管理系统收集陕西省2020—2022年脊灰疫苗监测数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果陕西省2020—2022年共报告脊灰疫苗AEFI病例474例,男女性别比为1.13:1(251/223),报告发生率为10.73/10万;一般反应455例,占95.99%(455/474),报告发生率为10.30/10万,以发热、红肿、硬结为主;异常反应11例,占2.32%(11/474),报告发生率为0.25/10万,以过敏性皮疹为主。无严重AEFI病例报告,AEFI病例痊愈或好转占99.16%(470/474),总体转归情况良好。结论 陕西省脊灰疫苗安全性良好。Objective To analyze the incidence of suspected abnormal vaccination reaction(AEFI)after polio vaccination in Shaanxi Province from 2020 to 2022.Methods The surveillance data of polio vaccine in Shaanxi Province from 2020 to 2022 were collected by AEFI surveillance information management system and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 474 cases of polio vaccine AEFI were reported in Shaanxi Province from 2020 to 2022,the sex ratio of male to female was 1.13:1(251/223),the reported incidence was 10.73/100000,the general reaction accounted for 95.99%(455/474),and the reported incidence was 10.30/100000,mainly with fever,swelling and induration.Abnormal reaction occurred in 11 cases 2.32%(11/474),and the reported incidence was 0.25/100000,mainly with allergic rash.No severe AEFI cases were reported.In total 99.16%of the AEFI cases were cured or improved(470/474).The overall outcome was good.Conclusion The safety of polio vaccine in Shaanxi Province is good.
