摘 要:SARS-CoV-2的免疫球蛋白M和G(IgM和IgG)抗体检测在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的病情分析和诊断监测等方面具有重要意义。电化学免疫传感器作为一种高效的检测工具,可以很好地满足COVID-19抗体诊断的需求,与传统的分子学和血清学抗体检测方法相比,表现出优异的性能,且具有现场快检能力。决定电化学生物传感器检测抗体性能的关键技术是其基底电极的修饰材料和电极表面生物活性分子的固定化技术。本文以电化学生物免疫传感器的设计为基础,综述了基底电极的修饰材料和功能性生物活性分子在电极表面的固定化方式,并对未来SARS-CoV-2抗体检测的电化学免疫传感器的研发进行展望,旨在为增强电化学生物免疫传感器性能和应用价值提供研究思路。The detection of SARS-CoV-2 Immunoglobulin M(IgM) and Immunoglobulin G(IgG) antibodies is of great significance in disease analysis,diagnosis and surveillance of COVID-19.As an highly effective detection tool,electrochemical immunosensors can well meet the needs of COVID-19 antibodies diagnosis.Compared with traditional molecular and serological antibodies detection methods,it shows excellent performance and has the ability of rapid onsite detection.The performance of electrochemical biosensors depends on the modification material on the electrode substrate and the immobilization technology of bioactive molecules on the electrode surface.Based on the design of the electrochemical bioimmunosensors,the immobilization methods of the modification material on the electrode substrate and the functional bioactive molecules on the electrode surface are reviewed,and the development of electrochemical immunosensors for detecting SARS-CoV-2 antibody in the future is prospected,aiming to provide research ideas for enhancing the performance and application of electrochemical bioimmunosensors.
