摘　　要：大数据时代,高校治理发生了诸多变化,梳理大数据时代高校治理特点,探究高校档案部门参与学校治理的作用机理,提出大数据时代高校档案部门可从搭建资源管理平台、畅通信息渠道,开展数据化管理、对接学校数据转型,挖掘资源价值、彰显学校治理能力,拓展数据管理及服务方式、适应学校治理需求等途径全面参与学校治理,从而推进学校治理现代化进程,促进学校治理目标的实现。In the era of big data,the governance of higher education has changed a lot.This text combs the governance characteristics in the era of big data and explores the action mechanism of archive department of higher education participating in governance of colleges and universities.It also puts forward,the archive department of higher education can participate roundly in the governance of colleges and universities in the era of big data according to following ways:building a resource management platform,unblocking information channels,proceeding data-orienting administration,linking with higher educations data transformation,excavating the value of resources,highlightening the higher educations governance capacity,expanding the mode of service and data management,adapting to the governance needs of colleges and universities.Thus the course of modernization of higher educations governance can be boosted and the governance objectives of colleges and universities can be realized.
