基于数据挖掘浅析《济阴纲目》中血崩门的用药组方规律

摘　　要：目的应用数据挖掘方法,探讨分析《济阴纲目》中血崩门的用药规律。方法收集并整理《济阴纲目》中治疗崩漏方剂,通过中医传承辅助平台V2.5建立数据库,采用频数统计、关联规则、熵层次聚类算法等方法进行数据的统计与分析。结果共筛选出书中方剂60首,涉及药物共计111味,使用药物频次≥10次的药物有7味,分别是当归、川芎、香附、白芍、熟地黄、炙甘草;药物归经频率最高为肝经,药物四气频率最高为温性,五味频率最高为甘味。通过关联规则分析得到13条药物组合;通过复杂系统熵聚类分析得到核心药物组合14组,新处方7首。结论《济阴纲目》中治疗崩漏以调理冲任、补益心脾、补血止血为主。Objective:To explore and analyze the medication rule of bleeding metrorrhagia in Jiyin Compendium by using data mining method.Methods:The prescriptions for the treatment of bleeding metrorrhagia in Jiyin Compendium were collected and sorted out.The database was established through the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5,and the data were analyzed by using frequency statistics,association rules and entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm.Results:A total of 60 prescriptions in the book were selected,involving a 111 flavor herbs.7 flavors were used more than 10 times,which were Angelica,Ligusticum,Cyperus roptundusu,Paeony,prepared Rehmannia,and honey-fried licorice root.The highest frequency of medicine channel was liver channel,the highest frequency of four qi was warm,and the highest frequency of five tastes was sweet.13 combinations were obtained by association rule analysis.Through complex system entropy cluster analysis,14 core herb combinations and 7 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:The main treatment of bleeding Metrorrhagia in Jiyin Compendium is to regulate Chong and Ren channels,to tonify heart and spleen,enrich blood and stop bleeding..
