中医妇科流派治疗先兆流产的常用方药特色研究

摘　　要：中医妇科流派在传统中医药文化的影响下,经过长期的临床实践,逐步形成了独特的学术体系,各流派诊疗先兆流产在学术思想和诊疗方药相互碰撞的过程中,突显出各自的用药特色,有利于促进先兆流产临床诊疗经验的完善和提升。通过对中医妇科流派(岭南罗氏妇科、云岭张氏妇科、浙江何氏妇科、龙江韩氏妇科、浙江陈木扇妇科和黔贵丁氏妇科)治疗先兆流产常用方药的例举,希望能为其他医家治疗本病时提供新思路与新方法。Under the influence of traditional Chinese medicine culture,gynecology schools of traditional Chinese medicine have gradually formed a unique academic system through long-term clinical practice.In the process of the collision of academic ideas and diagnosis and treatment prescriptions for the diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion,each school highlights its own medication characteristics,which is conducive to promoting the perfection and improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of threatened abortion.Through the examples of traditional Chinese gynecology schools(Lingnan Luo's gynecology,Yunling Zhang's gynecology,Zhejiang He's gynecology,Longjiang Han's gynecology,Zhejiang Chenmusan's gynecology and Qiangui Ding's gynecology)in the treatment of threatened abortion,we hope to provide new ideas and new methods for other doctors to treat this disease.
