摘　　要：作为乡村振兴战略的主体,农民在传统与现代交织下的乡村变迁浪潮中做出何种选择将深刻影响未来城乡关系的演变进程。本文以个体农民为对象,以乡村发展现实为基础,根据农民与土地、村庄关系的松动程度将其划分为离土离村型、离土守村型、守土离村型与守土守村型四种基本类型,并从外生与内生两个角度重点解读其中两种具有过渡意义的分化形态背后所折射出的“城愁”与“乡愁”。本文提出应从大城市城镇化与小农户现代化两方面着手,深化户籍制度双向改革,加快农村土地流转步伐,提高农业生产经营效率,完善社会多元治理体系,从而实现要素自由流动,打造城乡间发展与平衡的共赢格局。As the main entity of the rural revitalization strategy,farmers choices in the wave of rural changes under the interweaving of tradition and modernity will profoundly affect the evolution of urban-rural relations in the future.Taking individual farmers as the object and the reality of rural development as the basis,according to the degree of loosening of the relationship between farmers and the land and villages,they are divided into four basic types:the type of leaving the soil and the village,the type of leaving the soil and the village,the type of keeping the soil and the village,and the type of keeping the soil and the village.The paper focuses on interpreting the “urban sorrow” and “nostalgia” reflected behind the two transitional differentiation forms from the perspectives of exogenous and endogenous.It is proposed to start from the urbanization of large cities and the modernization of small helder farmers,deepen the two-way reform of the household registration system,speed up the pace of rural land transfer,improve the efficiency of agricultural production and operation,and improve the social multi-governance system,so as to realize the free flow of factors and create a balance between urban and rural development.
