摘　　要：Recently, the Digital Technology Platform of Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)(Платформа цифровых технологии стран ШОС, hereinafter referred to as the platform) was inaugurated, which, as an international exchange and cooperation platform based on the framework of the SCO, will promote exchanges and cooperation in the field of the digital economy among member states.
