摘  要:近年来,伴随世界各国做出碳中和承诺,人们愈发关注氢能在实现净零排放目标方面可以发挥的关键作用。文章借鉴OECD发布的《绿氢创新与产业政策报告》中的分析方法,以incoPat数据库作为专利数据来源、Inspiro数据库作为商标数据来源,利用CPC分类号和关键词构建检索式,从制氢、储氢、配氢、燃料电池等多个技术领域揭示了江苏氢能(主要是绿氢)产业的创新发展态势,并结合江苏省情提出加大专项政策扶持力度、构建联盟协同扩散体系、系统谋划错位发展、建立明确碳定价轨迹等对策建议。In recent years,with countries around the world making carbon neutrality commitments,people have increasingly focused on the key role that hydrogen energy can play in achieving net zero emissions targets.This paper draws on the analysis methods in Innovation and Industrial Policies for Green Hydrogen released by the OECD,and uses the incoPat database as the source of patent data and the Inspiro database as the source of trademark data,and constructs a search formula using CPC classification numbers and keywords to reveal the innovative development trend of hydrogen energy(mainly green hydrogen)industry in Jiangsu province from multiple technical fields such as hydrogen production,hydrogen storage,hydrogen distribution,and fuel cell.Based on the situation in Jiangsu province,this paper puts forward suggestions such as increasing special policy support,building an alliance collaborative diffusion system,systematically planning for misaligned development,and establishing a clear carbon pricing trajectory.
