基于Cites pace的我国近十年穴位敷贴在便秘治疗中的知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 分析近十年的研究现状和研究热点,梳理知识结构,为临床开展穴位敷贴在便秘运用中提供理论依据。方法 检索中国知网近十年发表的穴位敷贴治疗便秘的文献,经Refworks格式转换后,运用科学计量学工具Cites pace对相关文献的作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共有520篇文献被纳入进本研究统计,其中有51名作者发文量大于2篇。发文量最多的是张翔、沈国英、姚斌、莲杨敏,各发表了4篇文献;37所机构纳入图谱,发文量最高的是江苏省中医院,发表了6篇文献,其次是河南省周口市中医院,发表了4篇文献,甘肃省中医院、浙江中医药大学附属第三医院、深圳市第五人民医院,发表了3篇文献;关键词分析结果显示67个关键词纳入图谱,其中有13个关键词在此领域研究发文量≥20篇,并由此分析出七种常被运用穴位敷贴的便秘人群。结论 针对穴位敷贴治疗便秘的研究,需要规范命名,促进机构之间、作者之间的合作与交流,对于已研究的疗法进行更深层面的探究,加强对穴位敷贴对便秘作用更深层作用机制的研究。Objective To analyze the research status and research hotspots in recent ten years,sort out the knowledge structure,and provide theoretical basis for clinical application of acupoint application in constipation.Methods The papers of treating constipation with acupoint application published in the past decades were searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure.After the conversion of Refworks format,the authors,research institutions and keywords of the relevant literature were visually analyzed by using the scientific metrology tool Cites pace.Results A total of 520 articles were included in the study,of which 51 authors published more than 2 articles.Each of Zhang Xiang,Shen Guoying,Yao Bin and Lian Yang Min published 4 articles;37 institutions included in the map,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine published 6 articles,followed by Zhoukou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Henan province,published 4 articles;then the Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shenzhen Fifth People's Hospital,each published 3 articles.The results of keyword analysis showed that 67 keywords were included in the map,of which 13 keywords were published more than 20 articles in this field,and seven kinds of constipation people who often used acupoint application were analyzed.Conclusions In order to study the treatment of constipation with acupoint application,it is necessary to standardize naming,promote cooperation and communication between institutions and authors,explore the therapy studied in a deeper level,and strengthen the study on the mechanism of the effect of acupoint application on constipation.
