摘　　要：目的 观察比较大鼠肠系膜淋巴管、肠干和胸导管详细的形态超微结构的异同。方法 本研究使用了12只成年SD大鼠。除水外,所有大鼠禁食24 h,然后在取样前2 h喂食蛋黄和脂肪餐。手术显微镜下,采集肠系膜淋巴管、肠干和胸导管的样本进行组织学和透射电镜检查,然后收集和分析所有数据。结果 大鼠肠系膜淋巴管、肠干和胸导管的直径不同,前者细小,后者稍粗。管腔内有多个瓣膜,它们的管壁菲薄,由三层组织组成。其内膜和外膜的超微结构相似。内膜包括具有不连续基底膜的单层内皮细胞。在肠系膜淋巴管和肠干的肌层发现一到三层平滑肌细胞,在胸导管中发现三至五层平滑肌细胞。它们的外膜由结缔组织(胶原纤维)和成纤维细胞组成。结论 详细显示和比较了大鼠肠系膜淋巴管、肠干和胸导管详细的形态超微结构,可能为进一步研究淋巴管的结构变化和机制提供基础。Objective To observe and compare similarities and differences of the morpho-ultrastructures of mesenteric lymph vessel,intestinal trunk and thoracic duct in the rats.Methods Twelve adult SD rats were used in the study.All rats were fasted for 24 hours except water,and then fed an egg yolk and fat meal 2 hours before sampling.Under a surgical microscope,samples of the mesenteric lymph vessel,intestinal trunk and thoracic duct were harvested for the histological and transmission electron microscopic examinations and then all data were collected and analyzed.Results Diameters of the mesenteric lymph vessel,intestinal trunk and thoracic duct in the rat were diverse,small in the former and slight larger in the latter.Containing multiple valves in the lumen,their walls were very thin and composed of three layers of tissue.Ultrastructures of the tunica intima and externa of these vessels were similar.The intima consists of a single layer of endothelial cells with a discontinuous basement membrane.in the tunica media of the mesenteric lymph vessel and the intestinal trunk from one to three layers.Smooth muscle cells were found in the thoracic duct from three to five layers.The tunica externa of them were comprised by connective tissue(collagen fibrils)and fibroblasts.Conclusions The detailed morphological ultrastructures of lymphatic vessels,intestinal trunks and thoracic ducts in rats are showed and compared in this study,which may provide a basis for further study of the structural changes and mechanisms of lymphatic vessels.
