甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片联合治疗老年糖尿病临床分析

摘　　要：目的 评价老年糖尿病患者采用甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片联合治疗的有效性。方法 选取2020年3月-2023年3月张家港市第五人民医院收治的100例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组50例,对照组实行甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组实行甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片联合治疗,对比两组老年糖尿病患者治疗有效率、血糖指标、肠道激素水平及不良反应。结果 观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应(低血糖、胃肠道反应)发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹C肽高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片联合治疗老年糖尿病的效果突出,对于身体胃肠道分泌影响小。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of insulin glargine combined with acarbose tablets in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of one hundred elderly patients with diabetes admitted to Zhangjiagang Fifth People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined with acarbose tablets.The treatment efficiency,blood glucose index,intestinal hormone level and adverse reactions of two groups of elderly diabetic patients were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(hypoglycemia and gastrointestinal reactions)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,fasting C-peptide in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of insulin glargine and acarbose tablets in the treatment of senile diabetes has a promi-nent effect,and has little effect on gastrointestinal secretion.
