风险防范式护理在糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的 研究风险防范式护理在糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月-2022年6月福建省肿瘤医院收治的糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤行化疗治疗的患者共104例作为研究对象,使用抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者52例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上增加风险防范式护理,对比两组患者并发症发生情况、化疗药物外渗情况、血糖管理情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者在化疗期间并发症发生率为1.92%,低于对照组的17.31%,观察组患者化疗药物外渗发生率为1.92%,低于对照组的13.46%,观察组患者糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖指标值均低于对照组,观察组纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 风险防范式护理可以减少糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤化疗患者并发症的发生,防止化疗药物外渗,帮助患者控制血糖,护理服务满意度高,效果显著。Objective To study the application effect of risk-preventive nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus combined with malignant tumor chemotherapy.Methods A total of 104 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy admitted to Fujian Cancer Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were se-lected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using the lot-tery method,with 52 patients in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing care,and the observation group added risk-preventive nursing care on this basis,comparing the occurrence of complications,extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs,blood glucose management and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The complication rate of patients in the observation group during chemotherapy was 1.92%,which was lower than that of 17.31%in the control group.The incidence of extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs in patients of the observation group was 1.92%,which was lower than 13.46%in the control group.The index values of glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2-hour blood glucose of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The Newcastle Nursing Care Satisfaction Scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference wasl statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk-preventive nursing can reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with diabetes mellitus combined with malignant tumor chemo-therapy,prevent the extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs,help patients to control blood glucose,and have high sat-isfaction with nursing services,which is effective.
