常规西医疗法联合二冬汤加减治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 常规西医疗法联合二冬汤加减治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的影响性分析。方法 选取2021年11月-2022年11月聊城市眼科医院收治的符合研究开展标准的90例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,根据患者入院就诊时间先后顺序分为对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=45);对照组给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,观察组基于对照组另行二冬汤加减治疗;比较两组治疗有效率、治疗后视功能改变情况、治疗前后中医症状积分与生活质量评分。结果 观察组治疗有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组D-二聚体水平、视野灰度值、出血斑面积、微血管瘤体积数值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的中医症状积分与中文版低视力者生活质量量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组中医症状积分降低,中文版低视力者生活质量量表评分提升,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于西医疗法联合使用二冬汤加减治疗糖尿病视网膜病变对患者视功能有较好的改善作用,有利于提高患者预后的生活质量。Objective To analyze the impact of conventional western medical therapy combined with Erdong decoc-tion plus reduction in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods Ninety patients with diabetic retinopathy admit-ted to Liaocheng Ophthalmology Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 who met the criteria for conducting the study were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45)according to the sequence of the time of patients'admission to the hospital.The control group was given cal-cium dobesilate capsule treatment,and the observation group was treated based on the control group with another Er-dong decoction plus reduction.The effective rate of treatment,post-treatment visual function changes,TCM symptom scores and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treat-ment efficiency of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,D-dimer level,visual field gray value,hemorrhagic spot area,microangioma volume values in the observation group were lower compared with the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores and Chinese Low Vision Individuala Quality of Life Scale score of the two groups were compared before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom points of both groups were reduced and Chinese Low Vi-sion Individuala Quality of Life Scale scores were improved,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on western medicine therapy combined use of Erdong decoction plus reduction in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy has a better effect on the improvement of patients'visual function,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of the patients'prognosis.
