和血明目片联合二甲双胍对糖尿病视网膜病变的血糖控制及视网膜功能恢复影响

摘　　要：目的分析对糖尿病视网膜病变患者采取和血明目片联合二甲双胍治疗对其血糖控制的影响及视网膜功能恢复起到的作用。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月期间于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院眼科接受诊断治疗的60例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,将所有入组案例进行数字1~60号排序,按照奇偶性进行分组,奇数的30例作为观察组,偶数的30例作为对照组。对照组实施二甲双胍+复明片治疗,观察组采取二甲双胍+和血明目片治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、血糖水平、视网膜功能以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组黄斑厚度低于对照组,视力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病视网膜病变患者采取和血明目片联合二甲双胍治疗对其血糖控制良好,有助于促进视网膜功能恢复,改善视力降低的问题,是一种切实有效的中西医结合治疗方式。Objective To analyze the effect of Hexuemingmu Tablets combined with metformin on blood glucose control and retinal function recovery in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods 60 patients with diabetic retinopathy diagnosed and treated in the Ophthalmology Department of the 910 Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the enrolled cases were sorted by numbers 1-60 and grouped according to parity.The odd 30 cases were taken as the observation group.Even 30 cases were used as control group.The control group was treated with metformin+Fuming tablets,and the observation group was treated with metformin+Hexuemingmu tablets.The total effective rate of treatment,blood glucose level,retinal function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and 2-hour h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the macular thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the visual acuity level was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(10.00%)was lower than that in control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating diabetic retinopathy with Xuemingmu tablet combined with metformin can control blood sugar well,help to promote the recovery of retinal function and improve the problem of vision loss,which is a practical and effective treatment method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
