研究宫颈扩张球囊与欣普贝生用于妊娠期糖尿病引产的临床治疗安全性

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期糖尿病引产中应用宫颈扩张球囊与欣普贝生对临床治疗安全性的影响。方法选取2020年4月—2022年8月厦门市中医院妇产科98例均确认为妊娠期糖尿病的引产患者为研究对象,通过双盲法将其分为欣普贝生组与宫颈扩张球囊组,各49例,观察两组治疗效果。结果宫颈扩张球囊组宫颈成熟总有效率、自然分娩率高于欣普贝生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈扩张球囊组临产时间[(12.31±1.36)h]低于欣普贝生组[(20.15±1.36)h],差异有统计学意义(t=28.534,P<0.001)。宫颈扩张球囊组不良反应发生率低于欣普贝生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者引产过程中接受宫颈扩张球囊方案能够加快宫颈成熟,减少催产素使用量,优化引产分娩结局,并且不会造成严重的不良反应,不影响患者的血糖指标与新生儿健康,应用安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of cervical dilation balloon and dinoprostone suppositories on clinical safety in gestational diabetes induced labor.Methods 98 cases of induced labor patients confirmed as gestational diabetes in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to August 2022 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into simpson group and cervical dilatation balloon group by double blind method,with 49 cases in each group.Observed the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate and natural delivery rate of cervical ripening in the cervical dilation balloon group were higher than those in the simpson group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The delivery time of the cervical dilation balloon group was(12.31±1.36)hours,which was lower than that of the simpson group(20.15±1.36)hours,and the difference was statistically significant(t=28.534,P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the cervical dilation balloon group was lower than that in the simpson group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical dilation balloon program in gestational diabetes patients during labor induction can accelerate cervical maturation,reduce the use of oxytocin,optimize the outcome of labor induction,and do not cause serious adverse reactions,do not affect the blood glucose index of patients and newborn health,and the application of high safety.
