摘 要:目的探讨在糖尿病诊断过程中血液生化检验的诊断价值。方法选取2022年1—6月福建省南平市建阳第一医院于接收的疑似糖尿病患者150例作为研究对象,对其进行常规检验(常规尿液样本检验)及血液生化检验(静脉血样本检验),以葡萄糖耐量试验结果作为依据,对比不同检验方法检出情况及特异度、敏感度和诊断准确度。结果血液生化检验诊断敏感度、特异度、诊断准确度均高于常规检查(89.15%vs 96.90%、57.14%vs 90.48%、84.66%vs 96.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.972、6.035、11.032,P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病诊断过程中,与常规尿液样本检验方法相比,采用血液生化检验方式更为准确理想。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of blood biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods A total of 150 suspected diabetic patients admitted to Jianyang No.1 Hospital of Nanping City,Fujian Province from January to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.Routine tests(routine urine sample detection)and blood biochemical tests(venous blood sample detection)were conducted on them,and the results of glucose tolerance test were used as the basis.The detection,specificity,sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of different test methods were compared.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of blood biochemical test were higher than those of routine test(89.15%vs 96.90%,57.14%vs 90.48%,84.66%vs 96.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.972,6.035,11.032,P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of diabetes diagnosis,blood biochemical test is more accurate and ideal than the conventional urine sample detection method.
