产科优质护理对高龄妊娠合并糖尿病产妇的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析产科优质护理对高龄妊娠合并糖尿病产妇的影响。方法回顾性选取2021年4月—2022年4月厦门市湖里区妇幼保健院诊治的高龄妊娠合并糖尿病产妇128例的临床资料,根据护理方案分组,参照组(n=64)行常规产科护理,研究组(n=64)行产科优质护理,比较组间护理效果。结果护理后,研究组患者血糖值(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于参照组,保健知识认知度、生活质量评分、护理总满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科优质护理用于高龄妊娠合并糖尿病产妇中,可有效控制血糖水平,改善情绪,提高保健知识认知度、生活质量及满意度。Objective To analyze the influence of high-quality obstetric care on elderly pregnant women with diabetes.Methods The clinical of data of 128 elderly pregnant women with diabetes diagnosed and treated in Huli District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were retrospectively selected and grouped according to the nursing plan.The control group(n=64)received routine obstetric care,the study group(n=64)received high-quality obstetric care,and the nursing effect was compared between the groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose values(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin),Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,health knowledge recognition,quality of life score and total satisfaction rate of nursing were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality obstetric care used in elderly pregnant women with diabetes can effectively control blood glucose level,improve mood,improve health knowledge awareness,quality of life and satisfaction.
