摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协作护理管理措施对糖尿病合并高血压患者血糖指标及血压的影响。方法选取2020年12月—2022年6月期间在东营市中医院心内科治疗的108例糖尿病合并高血压患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法均分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上增加多学科协作护理,对比两组患者护理前后的糖脂代谢指标、血压指标及护理后的满意度。结果观察组患者护理后的糖脂代谢指标低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者护理后的收缩压和舒张压均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的总满意率为96.3%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理对糖尿病合并高血压病患者的治疗有积极作用,可以显著改善患者糖脂代谢和血压水平,对于患者病情康复起着重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing management measures on blood glucose index and blood pressure in diabetic patients with hypertension.Methods 108 patients with diabetes and hypertension who were treated in the Department of Cardiology of Dongying Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,54 patients in each group.The control group patients received routine care,while the observation group patients received multidisciplinary collaborative care in addition to routine care.The glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,blood pressure indicators,and post care satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared before and after care.Results The glucose and lipid metabolism indicators total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,fasting blood-glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance of the observation group patients after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the control group patients after nursing were higher than those of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group after nursing was 96.3%,which was higher than 83.3%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Disciplinary collaborative nursing has a positive effect on the treatment of diabetic patients with hypertension,can significantly improve the glucose and lipid metabolism and blood pressure of patients,and plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients.
