摘  要:目的探究在糖尿病临床护理过程当中采用健康教育对稳定血糖以及提高患者生活质量所产生的临床作用。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月在江苏省宜兴市第二人民医院接受治疗的100例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将患者随机排序,代表奇数的患者纳入观察组,代表偶数的患者纳入参照组,每组50例,给予参照组常规护理干预模式,观察组健康教育护理干预,对比两组患者的血糖指标、生活质量评分以及临床疗效。结果护理后,观察组患者的血糖指标、生活质量各项评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床疗效显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者在护理的过程当中采用健康教育的方式具有显著的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education on stabilizing blood glucose and improving patients'quality of life in the clinical nursing process of diabetes.Methods 100 diabetic patients treated in the Yixing City Second People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly sorted,and patients with odd numbers were included in the observation group,and patients with even numbers were included in the reference group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group were given routine nursing intervention model,and the observation group were given health education nursing intervention.The blood glucose indicators,quality of life scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the blood glucose index and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of health education in the care process of diabetic patients has significant clinical value.
