摘  要:深水钻井补偿系统是海洋深水资源开发的关键装备。以最大补偿载荷4 500 kN、补偿精度90%、适应全球海域全天候作业要求为目标,开展了补偿系统集成设计研究。分析五种补偿类型和三种补偿机理与钻探系统的适应性及对补偿系统综合性能的影响,选择适应钻采船作业要求的补偿型式。通过补偿系统整体配置计算,确定系统主要参数。对比分布式和集中式控制两种方案,最终确定分布式控制形式。通过布置方案和结构优化,以提高作业效率、降低作业成本、提高操作维护性为目标,形成高效作业的深水钻井补偿系统集成设计解决方案。最后通过试验验证了设计方案的合理性。The compensation system for deep-water drilling is a key equipment for the development of deep-water resources in the ocean.The design of the compensation system and control system was carried out,the maximum compensation load of 4,500 kN and the compensation precision of 90 percent were used for the all-weather operation requirements in the global area.Through the overall configuration calculation,layout plan,and structural optimization of the compensation system,the integrated design solution of the deep hole drilling compensation system was formed to improve the efficiency of the job,reduced the cost of the job,and improve the maintenance of the operation.The type of compensation suitable for the operating requirements of the drilling vessel was determined by analyzing the effects of the overall performance of five compensation types,three compensation mechanisms,and their adaptability to the drilling system.The main parameters of the compensation system were determined through the overall configuration calculation.The control scheme was determined by comparing the distributed control scheme and the centralized control scheme.Through the arrangement scheme and structure optimization,the integrated design solution of the deep-water drilling compensation system for the efficient operation was formed with the objectives of improving operation efficiency,reducing operation cost,and improving operation maintainability.The reasonableness of the design solution was verified through tests.
