摘 要:为解决水平井桥塞射孔联作分段压裂工艺存在的储层改造不均衡、压后钻塞风险大等问题,开展了连续油管拖动压裂和无限级固井滑套分压工艺研究应用,其核心技术指标是井下工具组合的使用寿命和施工安全性。作为井下工具组合的主要组成部分之一,平衡阀的开关及密封性能直接影响整个现场施工质量、效率和成本。进行了平衡阀结构优化,通过插入密封总成结构和处理工艺优化设计,提高平衡阀多次开关密封可靠性,同时降低工具维护成本;通过阀杆排砂结构设计,避免压裂沉砂导致开启困难,保障现场施工安全。室内试验承压70 MPa,开关次数≥50次,现场试验2口井8层,施工成功率100%,压裂后工具提出完好,具备继续使用的条件。试验结果表明,优化后的平衡阀开关及密封性能可靠,可以满足水平井多级压裂安全性和经济性要求。In order to solve the problems of uneven reservoir reconstruction and high risk of post-pressure drilling plug,which exist in the horizontal well bridge plug perforating combined subsection fracturing technology,the research and application of coiled tubing drive fracturing and infinite stage cementing sliding casing pressure-sharing technology was carried out at home and abroad in recent years.As one of the main components of downhole tool assembly,the performance of the balance valve has a direct impact on the whole field construction quality,efficiency,and cost.The structure optimization of the balance valve was carried out.Through the design of insert seal assembly and process optimization,the reliability of the multi-switch seal of the balance valve was improved,and the maintenance cost of the tool was reduced.Through the design of the valve stem sand discharge structure,it avoids the difficulty of opening due to sand sinking in fracturing and ensures the safety of site construction.In the indoor test,the pressure was 70 MPa,the number of switching times was≥50,and the field test was conducted in 2 wells with 8 layers,the construction success rate was 100%,and the tool was intact after fracturing,and it was ready to continue to be used.The test results show that the optimized balance valve has reliable switching and sealing performance,and can meet the safety and economic requirements of multi-stage fracturing in horizontal wells.
