摘 要:针对油气田在生产过程中卡钻式井下落物打捞作业的难点,开展了液压震击解卡工艺技术研究。利用液压蓄能原理在近卡点产生向上的动载荷,以保证为被卡落鱼提供巨大的震击力,提高解卡成功率。该技术采用小修作业设备,配套液压上击器、液压加速器及可退式打捞工具等,能够有效地解决因砂卡、垢卡及工具不解封等造成的井下落物的打捞。已在J油田XL采油厂开展矿场试验12井次,节约了作业费用,实现了降本提效的目的。Aiming at the difficulties of fishing stuck downhole in oil and gas fields in the process of production,research on hydraulic vibration technology was carried out.The hydraulic energy storage principle is used to generate an upward dynamic load at the point of proximity to ensure that a huge shock force is provided for the stuck fish and improve the success rate of release.This technology utilizes minor maintenance equipment,along with hydraulic upjets,hydraulic accelerators,and retractable fishing tools,to effectively solve the problem of fishing for downhole debris caused by sand jamming,scale jamming,and tool unsealing.It has carried out 12 wells of field test in the XL oil extraction plant of J oil field,which saves operation costs and achieves the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
