摘  要:欧洲垂枝桦是集用材、园林绿化和防护林造林于一身的优质树种,在北欧等地区广泛用于许多领域,具有较高的经济价值,但国内对欧洲垂枝桦的开发利用较晚,在国内对其相关研究较少,因此具有很大的开发利用潜质。欧洲垂枝桦虽具有良好的抗性,但由于其种子成熟度差且在幼苗期极易受到环境变化或各种非生物胁迫的影响,限制了该树种的大面积推广,为了探究干旱胁迫下欧洲垂枝桦幼苗内源激素含量变化及其对叶片表型和相关生理指标的影响,明确对欧洲垂枝桦幼苗抗旱相关性显著的激素种类,以及内源激素含量的变化对欧洲垂枝桦幼苗内渗透调节生理指标的影响,系统地评估欧洲垂枝桦幼苗对干旱胁迫做出的积极响应,为后续对欧洲垂枝桦抗旱品种筛选培育与规模化开发提供理论依据。通过利用不同浓度的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫法,对欧洲垂枝桦幼苗进行胁迫处理,并进行复水试验,测定幼苗在胁迫与复水试验后渗透调节物质及激素含量,探究干旱胁迫与复水对欧洲垂枝桦幼苗的影响。在整个试验阶段,叶片表型变化随胁迫浓度的增加与胁迫时间的延长,胁迫症状逐渐严重,表型相关生理指标叶绿素和相对含水量的变化在相同时不同处理浓度下具有极显著差异(p<0.01);相同时间不同处理浓度对欧洲垂枝桦幼苗电导率、可溶性蛋白质和JA含量变化具有极显著差异(p<0.01);可溶性糖含量变化在胁迫第10天、第20天和复水第10天时不同PEG处理浓度下具有极显著差异(p<0.01),复水第20天差异不显著;在胁迫第10天、第20天与复水第10天时,不同PEG浓度对幼苗IAA和GA3的含量变化具有极显著差异影响(p<0.01),复水第20天时具有显著差异(p<0.05);6-BA和ABA含量变化在胁迫试验的第10天、第20天与复水第20天时具有极显著差异(p<0.01),在复水第10天时具有显著差异(p<0.05)。相关性分析�European birch is a collection of timber,landscaping and shelter forest afforestation in one of the high-quality tree species,which is widely used in many fields in northern Europe and other regions,with high economic value,but the development and utilization of European birch is late in our country,and there is less related research,so it has great potential for development and utilization.The aim of this study is to explore the changes of endogenous hormone content of European birch seedlings under drought stress and their effects on leaf phenotype and related physiological indexes,to explore the hormone species with significant correlation with drought resistance in European birch seedlings,and to clarify the effect of endogenous hormone content changes on the physiological indicators of osmoregulation in European birch seedlings.The positive response of European birch seedlings to drought evaluated,which provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent screening,cultivation and large-scale development of European birch drought-resistant varieties.In this study,the drought stress method was simulated by using different concentrations of PEG-6000 solution to stress the seedlings of European birch,and the rehydration test was carried out to determine the content of osmotic regulatory substances and hormones after stress and rehydration test,and the effects of drought stress and rehydration on European birch seedlings were explored.In the whole experimental stage,the surface changes of leaves increased with the increase of stress concentration and the extension of stress time,and the stress symptoms gradually became serious,and the physiological indexes related to phenomorphic chlorophyll,the relative water content changes were very different under different treatment concentrations at the same time(p<0.01).There were significant differences in conductivity,soluble protein and JA content of European birch seedlings at different treatment concentrations at the same time(p<0.01).The change of soluble sugar content w
