摘　　要：《伤寒论》是汉代张仲景所写的中医经典临床著作,其组方精炼,疗效显著。前人曾比喻中医用药如用兵,兵不在多,独选其能,因此小方具有研究意义。《伤寒论》中小方的具体治法有和法、寒法、温法、汗法、吐法和下法。作者根据小方治法的不同,对比、总结《伤寒论》中的小方条文、药性、组方分析及临床应用,有助于学习仲景组方思路,使临床应用更加得心应手。Treatise on Febrile Diseases is a classic clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine written by Zhang Zhongjing in Han Dynasty.Its formulation is refined and effective.Predecessors used to compare the use of drugs such as soldiers,soldiers are not many,only choose its ability.Therefore,the small formula has its research significance.The specific treatment methods of Treatise on Febrile Diseases include the method of harmony,the method of cold,the method of warming,the method of sweat,the method of vomiting and the method of lowering.The author summarized the provisions of the minor prescriptions in the theory of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,the properties of medicine and the analysis of the formula and its clinical application,which is helpful to learn Zhongjing’s formula thinking and make the clinical application more convenient.
