五虫通络胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风合并2型糖尿病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察五虫通络胶囊对气虚血瘀型缺血性中风合并2型糖尿病(DM)患者神经功能及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2020年12月在日照市中医医院就诊的100例气虚血瘀型缺血性中风合并2型DM患者,随机分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例)。对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组加服五虫通络胶囊,疗程均为28 d。对比观察2组治疗前及治疗后7 d、28 d的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,血Hcy、hs-CRP水平,中医证候积分及安全性指标。结果治疗后2组患者的NIHSS评分均降低,治疗组低于对照组;且治疗组的血Hcy、hs-CRP水平及中医证候积分均较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五虫通络胶囊对气虚血瘀型缺血性中风合并2型DM患者神经功能及血Hcy、hs-CRP指标有明显的改善作用,能提高临床疗效,且安全性高。Objective To observe the effect of Wuchong Tongluo capsule on the neurological function,homocysteine(Hcy)and highsensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type complicated with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 100 patients with ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type complicated with type 2 diabetes were treated in Rizhao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control of 50 cases and treatment group of 50 cases.The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group received Wuchong Tongluo capsule for 28 days.The two groups were compared to observe the neurological function NIHSS score and blood Hcy and hs-CRP levels before treatment and 7 days and 28 days after treatment.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score of 2 groups was decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.In addition,the levels of blood Hcy,hs-CRP and TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuchong Tongluo capsule can significantly improve the neurological function and blood Hcy and hs-CRP indexes of patients with ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type complicated with type 2 diabetes.It can improve the clinical efficacy and has high safety.
