穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗脑梗死伴抑郁焦虑患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗脑梗死伴抑郁焦虑患者的临床效果。方法将2020年1月—2021年12月广州中医药大学第二附属医院综合一科收治的脑梗死伴抑郁焦虑患者80例分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆,疗程为14 d。比较2组患者治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、生活质量评分、自我效能量表评分的变化。结果治疗后,2组患者SAS、SDS、PSQI、生活质量评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),自我效能量表评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆可以提高脑梗死患者的生活质量和睡眠质量,改善焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing beans in the treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with depression and anxiety.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,80 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with depression and anxiety admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the intervention group was additionally given acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing beans for 14 days.The changes of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of SAS,SDS,PSQI and quality of life in 2 groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of self-efficacy scale were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing beans can improve the quality of life and sleep quality of patients with cerebral infarction,and improve anxiety,depression and other negative emotions.
